Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the conditions of access and use of the Meublier platform, available at meublier.com (hereinafter "the Site").

Meublier is an online 3D furniture editor that allows users to design, visualize and share furniture projects.

2. Acceptance of the ToS

By accessing and using the Site, you fully accept these ToS. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Site.

3. Registration and user account

Some features require creating an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential.

Each user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. In case of unauthorized use, the user must inform Meublier immediately.

4. Services offered

Meublier offers the following services:

  • 3D furniture design editor
  • Personal project saving and management
  • Public gallery for sharing and discovering creations
  • Export of cutting plans and project files

Meublier reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of its services at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content (interface, code, logos, text) is the property of Meublier and is protected by intellectual property law.

Projects created by users remain their property. By publishing a project in the public gallery, the user grants Meublier a non-exclusive license to display and make it available within the platform.

6. User content

The user agrees not to publish any unlawful, offensive, misleading content or content that infringes the rights of third parties. Meublier reserves the right to remove any content that violates these ToS without notice.

7. Liability

Meublier is provided "as is". Meublier does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or data loss. The user uses the platform at their own risk.

Meublier shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.

8. Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable regulations (GDPR). For more information, see our Legal Notice page.

9. Account deletion

The user can delete their account at any time from their profile settings. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of their personal data and projects.

10. Changes to the ToS

Meublier reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
